For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these terms shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any term or terms. Unless a contrary intention is expressed, nothing in this website shall be deemed to create a binding contract between Triads Limited and any users of the website.

Any information acquired by Hatton Boxing Limited through your use of this Website will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and any associated Statutory Instruments, Codes of Practice and subsequent Acts of Parliament. You should be aware that because of the global nature of the internet, your personal data is likely to be temporarily stored in jurisdictions beyond the EEA whilst in transmission. Cancellation, Transfer and Rescheduling Policy

Hatton Boxing operates a 10-day money back guarantee for live courses bookings, excluding course bookings in which the selected course occurs within ten days of the booking.

Once the above guarantee has expired, refunds will only be issued in the event of medical grounds or relocation. If you can no longer attend a booked course date then a refund will be issued provided this is not within 7 days of the scheduled course date. Proof may be required to action the refund.

We will transfer the course place to another person at any time as long as the course place has been paid in full.

You may reschedule a course place to another venue or a different date unless it within 24 hours of the booked course, in which case a £50 admin fee will apply.

Should the attendee not attend the booked course and wishes to reschedule after the event, a £50 admin fee will apply.

In the unlikely event that Hatton Boxing have to cancel a course date then either an alternative date or a voucher will be issued for the full value of the course.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY (ONLINE COURSE):

Hatton Boxing operates a money-back guarantee until course participants begin Unit 3 of the Fundamentals Course. Once a course participant begins Unit 3, they are no longer eligible for a refund.

The same applies for the transferal of a course place to another person. Once a course participant has begun Unit 3 of the Fundamentals Course, it can no longer be transferred to another person.

An Admin fee of £50 may apply if a course participant chooses to switch from an Online course to a Live Course.
